My name is Mahmood Al-Haiki, 27 years old. I am having a movement disability since my childhood. Currently, I am working as a Marketing Officer in Hospital.

Since I was little, my father and brother have been my greatest supports against all those who don’t believe my ability to achieve anything I want to do, because of my disability. When I was younger, I was once inspired by Nick Vujicic’s speech and his story deeply, then I started to challenge myself to live the life I want.

Now I cook, I drive, I even ride horses. Among all these amazing things, discovering the world is my favorite hobby. I have been using Karma S-Ergo 305 for a long while. It not only makes my traveling much easier, but it also makes transportation in my trip faster and convenient.

S-Ergo 305

I have been in a wheelchair since I was injured 8 years ago.

I replaced my last wheelchair with a Karma S- Ergo 305 one year ago. I like it a lot. It is hard for me toe self-propelled, so when I need to get around, my family and friends help me out. For this reason, I was looking for an easy to push wheelchair.

I do have one suggestion for S-Ergo 305. In order to enhance the comfort of long term sitting, I would prefer to have pneumatic tires on both the front and rear wheels. The main reason for this is that I don’t often stay outside alone for long duration, so I have no worries about getting a flat tire. In my opinion, the pneumatic tires would fit my needs better.

I  had a test run  of an Ergo-stand recently. My arms are too weak to use a manual wheelchair, so I want to own a power wheelchair in the near future.  Ergo-stand is a power wheelchair which provides a function to help users stand up. With this function, the users are more free and confident in social situations. I was so touched after the test. It has been a so long since I last stood up, I almost forgot how tall I am.

My daughter spends a lot of time outdoors which is why I was determined to find a wheelchair that can help me become more independent, just so I can spend more time with her.

I have been using Karma’s AT-20 since my accident.

This wheelchair is very portable, mainly because it can be moved around quite conveniently.

I can move around easily whenever I’m seated in my AT-20; I can maneuver myself indoors on my own and when I’m outside I have a caretaker to help me push.

The person standing beside me in this picture is my daughter. I think she gets her curly hair and sweet smile from me!

Ergo Live

When I’m on the road with my KM-AT20 I feel like I can go anywhere.

I am currently using Karma’s KM-AT20, and it suits me nicely.

When it comes to wheelchairs, I have been rolling around with Karma custom-made ones for a really long time. I have tried the KM-8520, owned the KM-AT10, and now progressed to my current KM-AT20.

The new AT-60 can be shifted around with way less effort, but due to the fact it is less transportable than my current AT20, I did not consider it to be a viable option.

I prefer my wheelchair to be easily portable otherwise I will have a hard time fiting it inside my car trunk.

When I’m on the road with my KM-AT20 I feel like I can go anywhere. I can move around with ease and the AT20 can even take me across small gaps! It is a great tool for transportation and a great helper.

Some time ago one of my friends gave father a wheelchair, but unfortunately it wasn’t the very comfortable according to him. It was then that I decided to find my dad a wheelchair that he can be fully satisfied with.

The first time I saw the brand ‘Karma’ was when I was browsing on the web. I phoned them up to ask for more detailed information about their products and the professional attitude of their customer service still remains on my mind until this day. I went to their dealership and they suggested that I try out the S-Ergo 105. I was amazed by the quality of the wheelchair and the ergonomic seating. We purchased it right away.

My father loves this wheelchair. He said that it is more comfortable to sit on than the couch we have at home. I’m so glad I have purchased this chair. Its value is greater than its price.

The wheelchair saves my wife a lot of energy taking care of me.

I am only able to walk so far. In my daily life, I normally use a power wheelchair. The manual wheelchair is for going outside or traveling.

My wife preferred a manual wheelchair for outdoor activities. The other patients in the rehabilitation center refer us to Karma. From what they told us, I know Karma is a company with a good reputation from the end users.  Also, a high percentage of the wheelchairs on the market belong to Karma.

In addition, we took into consideration the convenience of regular maintenance and repairs. It is one of the key reasons for our purchase. Karma is a Taiwanese brand and the ultra-lightweight of Ergo lite wheelchair coupled with the high quality of the product are the three main reasons for us to purchase the wheelchair.

The wheelchair is very light and convenient in my daily life. I love the storage bag as well. The wheelchair saves my wife a lot of energy taking care of me.

I love Karma’s products very much and will continue to purchase their products in the future if I am in need of another wheelchair. I hope there will be more ergonomically designed and lightweight products for me by then.

I first purchased a Karma product was five years ago. It was S-Ergo 105 which is very light and portable. It was the reason why we picked it up. Recently my mom suffered a  bone fracture and some of my friends advised me to get her a MVP 502. After discovering that it comes with a reclining feature and elevating footrests, we bought it immediately.

Another thing I like about this wheelchair is that its armrests are adjustable and flips back whenever the backrest is reclining. I find Karma to be very diligent when it comes to their product designs. Knowing that my mother can now rest comfortably on her MVP 502, I have decided to purchase one more exclusively for my friend.

I am a sporty person. Archery, gateball, and table tennis are my favorite sports. Recently I discovered a new hobby: Wheelchair tricks. I’ve been practicing how to wheelie, make nimble turns, and other highly difficult tricks et cetera.

Karma’s AT20 matches my lifestyle perfectly since it offers bold and dynamic movements with agile handling reflexes and a stable body; I have never seen anything like it. I can’t even think about doing anything without my AT20 because I love it so much.

I have a versatile lifestyle. Karma’s KM-2500L serves me nicely from waking up in the morning until I tuck in for bed. It matches my demand for dexterity and portability perfectly.
With me being the lady of the house, preparing dishes is one of my specialties.

I can now make meals on my own, and carry the plates and pans to the table by myself. How do I do that you may ask? The secret is in my Karma KP-40. With this wheelchair, I can cruise over lounge and kitchen effortlessly.

Besides cooking, I also play a lot of sports. For the many years I’ve been actively participating in tournaments and championships and I have won many prizes. The trophy that I’m holding in my hands was awarded to me for taking 1st place in women’s twenty-meter archery championships!

I believe if one handles everything with a positive attitude, they will become as great as they ever can be. Be brave, face all the challenges life throws at you and unlock your inner potential.

Karma is My Leg, Bringing Me Wherever I’d Like to.

The reason is I choose Karma is due to its compact size. I used to use a bulky wheelchair, but once I met Karma “It’s really fit me” I suddenly decide to buy and continue using Karma since then, which lasted around 13-14 years up to now.

Karma is durable and the support center could serve me the service and spare part needed. Karma is really valuable and does impress me – not just buying and throwing away as no spare part to fix. With Karma, no matter how long you used it, it could be fixed and they can serve you with a good suggestion. I can do varieties of lifestyle like the others – go traveling, going toilet or whatever.

Karma is my leg, bringing me wherever I’d like to. And finally, it facilitates my traveling. These really make me feel good and comfortable. I’m happy using Karma. I’m using 2 types of Karma wheelchair; common wheelchair (KM1500LN and KM2500LN) and power wheelchair (KP25 and KP40). I have one manual wheelchair at home and one in the car, ready to use wherever I go. I own my trade business, and to support my career “agility” is important. I need a suitable wheelchair to support me. I drive the car myself and from the car to other places, I need the assistant to help me. Karma is my good assistant. With Karma – I don’t have to bother my grandchild or my children to take care of me.

Karma wheelchair has compact size and convenience to carry about wherever you go. I also used a power wheelchair at my house with a different purpose. I like KP-40 due to its speed that could run faster, while I like KP-25 because of its compact size and is agile to use.
